Expansion Pack-1 installation instructions...
This expansion pack will download by default to your Windows Desktop. Double left click the 'download setup file' to start installation. Please follow the on screen prompts and instructions. When you get to the 'Programme Maintenance' window you will be asked whether you wish to Modify, Repair or Remove the application. Please ensure that 'modify' is selected and click next. At the next Window, called 'Custom Setup' click the 'next' button. Then click 'Install' and 'Finish' in the following windows to complete the installation.

Outstanding Graphics issues
Please note that if you are still having graphics problems we have found that in 95% of cases the problem is resolved by updating graphics drivers.
General notes regarding downloading software
As these patches and expansion packs are usually self installing .exe files, you may have to turn off or adjust the settings of any Firewalls that you have installed on your PC. A Firewall may block the download of .exe type files. Do not forget to re-enable the Firewall after completing the download. If you require assistance with this your PC supplier or security software vendor should be able to advise you on the correct procedure.
